After you request a quote, you will be receive an estimate that you can either accept or decline. When the quote is accepted the deposit invoice is automatically generated for payment. After you paid the deposit, you will receive an agreement that you can digitally sign and date. You will also receive an email to fill out the client information form.

Note: The estimates will expire after 30 days, you may choose to extend the time by contacting us.

The Planning phase is when we get to learn about your company goals, target audience and your competition. In this phase, we also discuss the color schemes, typography, menu content, deadlines and various criteria. This information is documented via the client information form that's available once the deposit is made. If there's any additional information we may need we will contact you.

This phase is probably the most important! we have to make sure once it’s developed, does it work properly? this phase involves testing in multiple browsers such as Internet Explorer, Safari, Google Chrome and Firefox. Device testing will take place on mobile, tablet and laptop devices.

Once we have agreed that your work is complete it's time to sign off on the Website completion form!

After extensive testing your site is ready to go live, congratulations! Based on your designated launch date that was indicated on the Project sign off phase your site will go live.

Note: If you selected the Maintenance package with your invoice, you will receive your login details to the support site within the same day or week your website was launched.
