Acceptance

The Client formally accept this agreement once he or she accepts the quote that is sent via email. The quotes are good for 30 days. The A Projekt reserves the right to cancel the quote after expiry.

Domain & Hosting

The Client is responsible for the purchasing and renewing their domain name along with their hosting account. We will suggest hosting companies based on your companies needs. We will install WordPress and configure the settings in order to start the work. This is required if you don’t already own a domain name.

Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required prior to commencement of the work and 3-6 monthly payments required after deposit. Invoices for both the deposit and remaining balance will issued. Invoices that are not paid within 30 days will be issued a $5 late fee per each month its overdue. In order to prevent such instances, friendly reminders will be sent periodically prior to payment.

Promotional Codes

The A Projekt offers promotional codes for packages and services. One (1) promo code can be used per client to receive the discount offered. Promotional codes can be mentioned via phone or added to the forms when the client signs for a package.

Web Site Content

Content including text, video and images are to be supplied by the Client prior to commencement of development. Delays in delivery of content will extend time taken to complete the development. If additional content is supplied or major changes requested following the sign off of the mock up, additional charges will be added to the service. Each client is allowed 5 alterations, if the client exceeds this amount a fee of $80 will be added to the invoice.

Maintenance

The Client can choose to add maintenance 1 month, 3 months, 9 months and 12 months. The service includes backups, site migration, updates and prompt responses to clients. This service is only available if we developed or redesigned your site.

Web Site Completion

The Client will review the completed site, and once it has been approved, the site will be launched.

Authorization

Client authorizes The A Projekt to record the name of the web design company, “The A Projekt”, on the footer of the website. If Client wants to remove branding, a fee of $40 will be assessed.

Media

High resolution photos and other graphic images and videos are to be supplied by the Client. If images are supplied by The A Projekt, they remain the property of The A Projekt and may be used in future developments.
